In order for our vision to be realised, we need to ensure that communication is central to school life and learning. Through good communication we build relationships and knowledge that are the foundations of our school community made up primarily of children, parents/carers and staff. We will succeed by working closely together.
For all absences, please continue to use the school absence line 01326 372386 (pressing 1 for Attendance) or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org. Communication should include the student’s full name and Year Group. Please note that no other previous emails will monitor student absence.

Ordinarily, we endeavour to acknowledge receipt of your enquiry within 24 hours and a response from the appropriate member of staff within two working days. Staff are not expected to reply to messages outside of working hours or in school holidays/INSETs, therefore, we appreciate your patience. Should we receive your enquiry during school holidays, the school will acknowledge your enquiry within five days and you should expect a response from the member of staff dealing with your enquiry within the first two days when school re-opens.
